Economic independence is the foundation of lasting empowerment. Our Women's Skill Hub brings together women from low-income households for intensive, market-linked vocational training.
The 3-month program covers tailoring and garment making, handloom and handicrafts, and basic digital literacy including mobile banking. Trainees receive a stipend, tools, and direct market linkages upon graduation.
Since 2022, over 1,200 women have graduated from this program — 78% are now earning a regular income. This campaign funds the 2025 batch of 500 women.
